Currently my sister is power of attorney for our mom. Both of us want to
include me on this durable power of attorney.

1) Is that possible to have 2 POAa? If so can we make that both signatures are
required to validate certain aspects

2) Do you know of any literature an forms for this type of modification?

Also I am interested in finding a lawyer in st. louis that I could go see and/or
use over the internet with questions.

    Yes it is possible to have two people act as co-power of attorneys for an individual. Your mother would likely have to revoke the original and execute a new one adding you both as POA and with the new provisions about double signatures for certain situations.

    Yes, your Mother can have a new Power of Attorney prepared under which she names both you and your sister as her attorneys in fact, and under which she can require two signatures on various things. If you do not already have an attorney in the St. Louis area, you may call me at my office for a free telphone consultation. The cost for a new Power of Attorney would be very modest.
