Billing issues from our builder
Our builder had been billing us month to month and we had been paying every month for his work and for his contractors work. Our house closed Oct. 18 2007. Jan. 31 2007 he came up with charges going back to Oct. 26 2004. We heard from someone that builders/contractors have 60 days to brovide billing. What is our legal stand on this?

There is no requirement to provide billing in 60 days. There are other issues such as the statute of limitations and the terms of the agreement. Contact a construction attorney to review the agreement and advise you on your rights.
