can I represent at hearings
I live in Detroit,MI. I represent a real estate company that is located in Austin,TX. They own property here that we need to perform evictions on due to default of land contract. Can I represent them at the eviction hearings as I am their appointed agent in Detroit,MI????
Re: can I represent at hearings
you might obtain a power of attorney to represent them locally. Or of you are an employee, you can represent them as an employee. Remember, however, if they are a corporation, they must be represented by an attorney in court. Contact me at http://www.kliszlaw.com to discuss further. Tim Klisz
