My wife has a General Power of Attorney over me, and in the past two weeks has asked for a divorce, I know that in NC you have to be seperated for 1 year and 1 day before a seperation can be turned into a divorce,but what I am needing to know is if there is any way that I can revoke the power of attorney. My attempts to have her leave it with a family member of mine have been ignored. And I am in another state unable to get it myself. I am in the Army stationed at Fort Lewis WA. If you can please answer this I would greatly apperciate it, Thank you,
