General Power of Attorney
Will a General Power of Attorney or any other legal document, allow me to go to court for a Change of venue issue, and act on my husbands behalf? He just started a job & can’t take time off.

Re: General Power of Attorney
No. The only person who may represent anyone in court is a licensed attorney. You will have to hire an attorney.
