Month To Month Lease Agreement
One of my tennants is on a month to month lease agreement and this month informed me that the they are moving in 15 days.
They said this month they would only pay me for 15 days, but I was told by a lawyer that they owe me for the whole month. What do I do? Do
Do I accept payment for the 15 days of living or do I demand payment for the whole month since they did not give me 30 days or a month or 15 days
notice.

While you are entitled to payment for the entire month, you are probably best to take whatever they offer. It will be far more costly to chase them in court, and they probably know it.
