That depends on what the agreement says. If you signed a sales agreement at a large dealership, they normally have good forms; smaller showrooms may not have the man/womanpower to constantly police the documents and make sure that they are updated. However, this is a generalization and is not absolute; I once reviewed a contract where the salesperson for a large technology corporation sent me an agreement to review that contained terms which favored me, instead of him; he did the complete opposite of what he was supposed to do, so sometimes these mistakes happen even in large companies.
So, getting back to your question; if your sales agreement is legally enforceable, supported by consideration and you have no legal defenses and there are no defects in the document, then you are likely bound to the purchase. However, there is no way that you will know that without taking that to an attorney for review.
