How Obligated am I to the lease I signed
I signed a faxed copy of a 3 month residential lease and faxed it back to the landlord for a house due to be completed the 28th August. Due to telephone and DSL not being available until 3 weeks after move in and no commitment of keys being available to move in we want to terminate the lease in favor of another house.

What are my obligations?

    You are obligated by the terms of the lease. You may have the right to terminate if they cannot give you possession on the date promised.
